Quick answer

Use bandages and pizza when found, and treat water-cooler rooms as recovery stops. The current walkthrough describes red on the left and blue on the right for the cooler controls. Heal before the next event, not while a threat is already active.

Route checklist

  1. Clear the room and identify the exit before starting recovery.
  2. Use the red-left and blue-right cooler controls shown by the current route.
  3. Consume bandages or pizza when the health gain will not be wasted.
  4. Leave as soon as the team is ready; recovery rooms are planning points, not permanent safe zones.

Water-cooler recovery

The office setting turns water coolers into a useful recovery interaction. Current launch-day guidance identifies the left tap as red and the right tap as blue. Read the interaction shown in your server and complete it before moving the group onward.

Use the stop to check more than health. Confirm Gold, badge goals, and whether every teammate is present. Long-route failures often start when one player leaves a recovery room while another is still interacting.

Bandages and pizza

Bandages are the straightforward health pickup. Pizza provides another recovery path and is especially associated with the Pizza Party section. Use either when the restored health meaningfully improves survival; do not consume a full heal for a tiny amount of damage.

When to heal

Heal after the room is controlled and before opening the next unknown door. Bash can force an immediate hide, Drones can close the route, and Scribbles can reduce visibility. Inventory management in the open turns a recoverable run into an avoidable hit.

  • Safe route first, healing second, looting third.
  • Tell teammates before stopping for an item.
  • Preserve a strong heal when your health is already near full.
  • At the elevator, recover before deciding on a Gold skip.
